Trust signals
Verification and vehicle reports
What a trust badge means, and what a Mojaz report adds to a car listing.
What a badge means
A badge records that Mawjoud checked a specific thing. It is a signal about that check, not a judgement about the seller or the price.
- Each badge covers one check, such as a phone, a vehicle registration, or a property licence.
- Badges cannot be bought, and paid promotion does not add one.
- A badge is not a guide to whether a price is fair, and it is not a warranty on the item.
Asking for verification
You request a badge from your account page, and a person reviews the request.
- The verification section of your account shows what you have requested and its current state.
- Documents you send for a review are private and are not shown on your listing.
- A request can be declined with a short note explaining what was missing.
Mojaz reports on car listings
A seller can attach a Mojaz vehicle report number to a car listing, and staff review that one report before the signal is shown.
- The reviewed signal refers to the specific report the seller supplied.
- The report itself is not published on the listing page.
- A reviewed report describes the car's recorded history; it does not describe its condition today.
