When to report
Reports help Mawjoud find unsafe, misleading, or prohibited marketplace activity.
- Report scams, fake listings, prohibited goods, suspicious payment links, harassment, privacy issues, and impersonation.
- Give clear details without sharing sensitive personal information.
- Duplicate reports are recognized so staff can focus on the case.
What Mawjoud does next
Staff can mark reports under review, resolve them after action, or dismiss them when no policy issue is found.
- Report queues are private.
- Reporters receive private in-app status notifications.
- Paid promotion does not affect the outcome.
Appeals and corrections
A full appeal workflow is a beta requirement, but the product direction is clear.
- Sellers should be able to correct mistakes and resubmit when appropriate.
- Serious or illegal content may remain blocked.
- Mawjoud should keep an audit trail for staff decisions.
