Mawjoud is designed so users do not need to expose phone numbers publicly on listing pages.
- Unsigned users cannot contact listers directly.
- Call and WhatsApp requests are handled as protected contact actions.
- Public comments should never include phone numbers or payment details.
Public comments are public
Comments are for general questions that help other buyers too.
- Do not post private addresses, bank details, links, or personal data.
- Guest comments and risky comments can be held for review.
- Listers can request Mawjoud review of an inappropriate public comment.
Exact location is sensitive
Map search should help discovery without exposing private homes or exact coordinates unnecessarily.
- Listings can use approximate location.
- Exact private coordinates should not appear in public SEO, social previews, or structured data.
- Paid pins should never reveal private data or bypass safety rules.
