Account managers
What someone managing your account on your behalf can and cannot do.
You grant access, and you can take it back
A Mawjoud account manager can only act for you after you accept their request, and only within the permissions you accept.
- Access is requested, then accepted by you — it is never switched on for you.
- You can change the permissions or end the access at any time from your account page.
- You can set an end date, after which the access stops on its own.
The permissions are separate
Each permission is its own switch, so giving one does not give the others.
- Managing listings: create and edit your listings.
- Dashboard and leads: see the performance figures for your listings.
- Chat access: read and reply in your buyer conversations.
- Chat access is off unless you grant it, and it cannot be included in the original request.
What a manager can never do
Some decisions stay with the account owner.
- A manager cannot mark your listing sold or remove it.
- A manager cannot transfer a listing to another seller.
- A manager's actions are recorded, and you can see the history on your account page.
